What My Master is
My Master is a place where a client finds a barber and books a time. We are the introduction and the calendar. The haircut is an agreement between you and the barber — we are not a party to it, we do not employ barbers, and we take no money for the service itself.
Your account
- You need an account to book or to run a barber page. Browsing needs none.
- One person, one account. Give real information — a barber has to know who is coming, and a client has to know who is cutting.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- You can delete it at any moment from Profile → Delete account. See the deletion page.
- You must be at least 13 years old.
Bookings, cancellations and no-shows
- A booking is a request until the barber confirms it. You are told when they do.
- Either side can cancel in the app. Cancel early — a chair held for nobody costs the barber their day.
- Prices shown are the barber's own and are paid to the barber directly, in person. We do not process payments and we do not hold your money.
- Cashback and loyalty points are a courtesy of this app, have no cash value, and can be changed or ended.
What you post
Photos and reviews are yours, and you keep them. By posting you let us show them in the app to other users. Do not post anything that is not yours to post, and do not post:
- anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, or sexual;
- someone else's photograph without their agreement;
- a review of a visit that did not happen, or one written to damage a competitor;
- contact details or advertising for another service.
Anything objectionable can be reported from inside the app. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these rules, and may block or delete the account behind it without notice. You can also block any user yourself.
For barbers
- Show real work. The photos on your page must be haircuts you did.
- Keep your hours and prices true. A client who arrives to a closed door is the one thing this app exists to prevent.
- Confirm or decline a booking promptly, and mark what actually happened — that is what a client's history and your own numbers are built on.
- You are responsible for your own licences, taxes and the safety of your workplace.
What we do not promise
We do not guarantee that a barber will be available, punctual, or good, and we do not guarantee that a client will turn up. We do our best to keep the app running, but we do not promise it is never down. The app is provided as it is.
Ending this
You can stop using My Master and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these rules or harms other people on the app.
Changes and law
If these terms change, the date above changes and the new version appears here. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

My Master — mijoz usta topib, vaqt band qiladigan joy. Biz tanishtiramiz va kalendarni yuritamiz. Soch olish esa siz bilan usta o‘rtasidagi kelishuv — biz unga taraf emasmiz, ustalarni ishga olmaymiz va xizmatning o‘zidan pul olmaymiz.
Hisobingiz
- Bron qilish yoki usta sahifasini yuritish uchun hisob kerak. Shunchaki ko‘rish uchun kerak emas.
- Bir odam — bir hisob. Ma’lumotni to‘g‘ri kiriting: usta kim kelishini, mijoz kim soch olishini bilishi kerak.
- Hisobingiz ostida bo‘layotgan ishlar uchun javobgarsiz.
- Istalgan paytda Profil → Hisobni o‘chirish orqali o‘chirasiz. Batafsil.
- Yoshingiz kamida 13 da bo‘lishi kerak.
Bron, bekor qilish va kelmaslik
- Bron — usta tasdiqlamaguncha so‘rov. Tasdiqlangani haqida sizga xabar keladi.
- Ikkala taraf ham ilovadan bekor qila oladi. Iloji boricha erta bekor qiling — bo‘sh turgan o‘rin ustaning kunini yeydi.
- Narxlar ustaning o‘ziniki va ustaga joyida to‘lanadi. Biz to‘lovni o‘tkazmaymiz va pulingizni ushlab turmaymiz.
- Keshbek va ballar — shu ilovaning xayrixohligi, naqd qiymati yo‘q, o‘zgarishi yoki to‘xtatilishi mumkin.
Siz joylagan narsalar
Rasm va sharhlar sizniki bo‘lib qoladi. Joylash bilan siz ularni ilovada boshqalarga ko‘rsatishimizga ruxsat berasiz. O‘zingizniki bo‘lmagan narsani joylamang, shuningdek:
- qonunga zid, nafrat uyg‘otuvchi, tahqirlovchi yoki jinsiy mazmun;
- boshqa odamning rasmi — uning roziligisiz;
- bo‘lmagan tashrif haqidagi sharh yoki raqobatchiga zarar berish uchun yozilgani;
- boshqa xizmatning reklamasi yoki aloqa ma’lumotlari.
Nomaqbul narsani ilovadan shikoyat qilib bildirasiz. Shikoyatlarni 24 soat ichida ko‘rib chiqamiz, qoida buzgan mazmunni o‘chiramiz, hisobni ogohlantirishsiz bloklashimiz yoki o‘chirishimiz mumkin. Siz ham istalgan foydalanuvchini o‘zingiz bloklay olasiz.
Ustalar uchun
- Haqiqiy ishingizni ko‘rsating. Sahifangizdagi rasmlar o‘zingiz qilgan soch olishlar bo‘lsin.
- Ish vaqti va narxlar rost bo‘lsin. Mijozning yopiq eshik oldiga borishi — bu ilova oldini olish uchun yaratilgan yagona narsa.
- Bronni o‘z vaqtida tasdiqlang yoki rad eting, va nima bo‘lganini belgilang — mijoz tarixi ham, sizning hisobingiz ham shunga quriladi.
- Litsenziya, soliq va ish joyingiz xavfsizligi sizning zimmangizda.
Biz nimaga kafolat bermaymiz
Ustaning bo‘shligi, o‘z vaqtida kelishi yoki ishining sifatiga kafolat bermaymiz; mijozning kelishiga ham. Ilovani ishlab turishi uchun qo‘limizdan kelganini qilamiz, lekin hech qachon to‘xtamaydi deb va’da bermaymiz.
Tugatish
Istalgan paytda foydalanishni to‘xtatib, hisobingizni o‘chirishingiz mumkin. Biz esa qoidani buzgan yoki boshqalarga zarar yetkazayotgan hisobni to‘xtatib qo‘yishimiz mumkin.
O‘zgarishlar va qonun
Shartlar o‘zgarsa, yuqoridagi sana yangilanadi. Ushbu shartlarga O‘zbekiston Respublikasi qonunchiligi qo‘llaniladi.

Что такое My Master
My Master — место, где клиент находит мастера и записывается. Мы — знакомство и календарь. Сама стрижка — договор между вами и мастером: мы не сторона в нём, не нанимаем мастеров и не берём денег за услугу.
Ваш аккаунт
- Аккаунт нужен, чтобы записаться или вести страницу мастера. Для просмотра — нет.
- Один человек — один аккаунт. Указывайте настоящие данные.
- Вы отвечаете за то, что происходит под вашим аккаунтом.
- Удалить можно в любой момент: Профиль → Удалить аккаунт. Подробнее.
- Вам должно быть не менее 13 лет.
Записи, отмены и неявки
- Запись — это заявка, пока мастер её не подтвердит. Вам придёт уведомление.
- Отменить может любая сторона. Отменяйте заранее — пустое кресло стоит мастеру дня.
- Цены — мастера, оплата — напрямую мастеру. Мы не проводим платежи и не держим ваши деньги.
- Кэшбэк и бонусы — доброжелательность приложения, денежной стоимости не имеют, могут измениться или прекратиться.
Что вы публикуете
Фото и отзывы остаются вашими. Публикуя, вы разрешаете показывать их в приложении другим. Не публикуйте чужое, а также:
- противоправное, разжигающее ненависть, оскорбительное или сексуальное;
- фотографию другого человека без его согласия;
- отзыв о визите, которого не было, или написанный во вред конкуренту;
- рекламу и контакты другого сервиса.
О нарушении можно сообщить из приложения. Жалобы рассматриваем в течение 24 часов, нарушающее удаляем, аккаунт можем заблокировать без предупреждения. Вы также можете заблокировать пользователя сами.
Мастерам
- Показывайте настоящие работы — на странице должны быть стрижки, которые сделали вы.
- Держите часы и цены в актуальном виде. Клиент у закрытой двери — ровно то, ради чего это приложение существует.
- Вовремя подтверждайте или отклоняйте записи и отмечайте, что произошло на самом деле.
- Лицензии, налоги и безопасность рабочего места — на вас.
Чего мы не обещаем
Мы не гарантируем доступность, пунктуальность или качество работы мастера, равно как и приход клиента. Стараемся держать приложение работающим, но не обещаем бесперебойности.
Прекращение
Вы можете прекратить пользоваться и удалить аккаунт в любой момент. Мы можем приостановить или закрыть аккаунт, нарушающий эти правила.
Изменения и право
При изменении условий обновляется дата выше. К условиям применяется право Республики Узбекистан.
