Delete your account
You can do this yourself, inside the app, in under a minute. You do not need to write to us.

Open the app → Profile → Hisobni o‘chirish / Delete account → confirm.
That is the whole procedure. It runs immediately.
What gets deleted
- Your account and the way you sign in (Apple or Telegram).
- Your name, phone number and email.
- Your barber page, services, working hours and stock, if you had them.
- Every photo you uploaded — avatar and portfolio — removed from our storage.
- Your bookings, your reviews, your loyalty points and cashback balance.
- Your notification token, so the app can no longer reach your phone.
It cannot be undone, and nothing is kept in a hidden copy. If you sign up again later you start from nothing.
If you cannot open the app
Write to support@mymasters.uz from the email on the account, or with the phone number on it, and we will delete it for you within 7 days. This is the fallback, not the normal route — the button in the app is faster and needs nobody's help.

Nimalar o‘chadi
- Hisobingiz va kirish usulingiz (Apple yoki Telegram).
- Ismingiz, telefon raqamingiz va emailingiz.
- Usta sahifangiz, xizmatlaringiz, ish vaqtingiz va omboringiz — agar bo‘lgan bo‘lsa.
- Yuklagan barcha rasmlaringiz — profil surati va ish rasmlari — serverdan o‘chiriladi.
- Bronlaringiz, sharhlaringiz, ballaringiz va keshbek hisobingiz.
- Bildirishnoma tokeningiz — ilova endi telefoningizga xabar yubora olmaydi.
Bu amal qaytarilmaydi va hech qayerda yashirin nusxa qolmaydi. Keyin qayta ro‘yxatdan o‘tsangiz, noldan boshlaysiz.
Ilovaga kira olmasangiz
Hisobdagi email yoki telefon raqamdan support@mymasters.uz ga yozing — 7 kun ichida o‘chirib beramiz. Bu zaxira yo‘l, asosiysi emas: ilovadagi tugma tezroq va hech kimning ruxsati kerak emas.

Откройте приложение → Профиль → Удалить аккаунт → подтвердите.
Это вся процедура. Выполняется сразу.
Что удаляется
- Аккаунт и способ входа (Apple или Telegram).
- Имя, номер телефона и email.
- Страница мастера, услуги, часы работы и склад — если они были.
- Все загруженные фото — аватар и работы — удаляются с сервера.
- Записи, отзывы, бонусы и баланс кэшбэка.
- Токен уведомлений — приложение больше не сможет писать на ваш телефон.
Действие необратимо, скрытых копий не остаётся. Если зарегистрируетесь снова — начнёте с нуля.
Если не получается открыть приложение
Напишите на support@mymasters.uz с email или телефона, указанного в аккаунте — удалим в течение 7 дней. Это запасной путь: кнопка в приложении быстрее и не требует ничьего участия.
