What we collect

| Photos | Your profile picture, and for a barber the photos of their work, which clients can see. |

| Device notification token | To tell you when a booking changes. |
What we do not collect
No payment details — the app takes no money, you pay the barber in person. No advertising identifiers, no tracking across other companies’ apps or sites, no third-party analytics, no contacts, no calendar, no microphone.
Who your data goes to
We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising. It goes only where the service needs it:
- The barber you booked — your name, phone number and the booking details.
- Apple — for Sign in with Apple and to deliver notifications to your device.
- Telegram — if you sign in through Telegram or receive notifications there.
- Railway — our server and database provider.
Deleting your account
From inside the app: Profile → Delete account. It happens immediately and cannot be undone — your account, profile, bookings, reviews, uploaded photos, notification token and loyalty points are all removed, along with the sign-in records held on our side.
You do not have to write to us, wait, or ask anyone’s permission.
Objectionable content and other people
The app carries photos and written reviews from other users. Anything objectionable can be reported from inside the app. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours; content that breaks the rules is removed and the account behind it is blocked. You can also block any user yourself, and you will stop seeing anything they post.
Children
My Master is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and the new version appears here before it takes effect.

Biz nimani yig‘maymiz
To‘lov ma’lumotlari — ilovada to‘lov yo‘q, pulni ustaga o‘zingiz berasiz. Reklama identifikatorlari, kuzatuv, uchinchi tomon analitikasi, kontaktlar, kalendar va mikrofon — yo‘q.
Ma’lumot kim bilan bo‘lishiladi
Sotilmaydi va reklamaga ishlatilmaydi. Faqat xizmat ishlashi uchun zarur joyga boradi:
- Bron qilgan ustangizga — ism, telefon va bron tafsilotlari.
- Apple — Apple orqali kirish va bildirishnoma yetkazish uchun.
- Telegram — Telegram orqali kirsangiz yoki xabar olsangiz.
- Railway — serverimiz va ma’lumotlar bazasi.
Hisobni o‘chirish
Ilovaning o‘zidan: Profil → Hisobni o‘chirish. Darhol bajariladi va qaytarilmaydi — hisobingiz, profilingiz, bronlaringiz, sharhlaringiz, yuklagan rasmlaringiz, bildirishnoma tokeningiz va ballaringiz, shuningdek bizdagi kirish yozuvlari butunlay o‘chadi.
Buning uchun bizga yozish, kutish yoki kimdandir ruxsat so‘rash shart emas.
Nomaqbul mazmun
Ilovada boshqa foydalanuvchilarning rasmlari va sharhlari bor. Nomaqbul narsani ilovadan shikoyat qilib bildirishingiz mumkin. Shikoyatlar 24 soat ichida ko‘riladi; qoidabuzar mazmun o‘chiriladi, hisob bloklanadi. Siz istalgan foydalanuvchini o‘zingiz ham bloklashingiz mumkin — shundan keyin uning hech narsasi sizga ko‘rinmaydi.

Что мы НЕ собираем
Платёжные данные — оплата происходит у мастера, не в приложении. Никаких рекламных идентификаторов, трекинга, сторонней аналитики, контактов, календаря и микрофона.
Кому передаются данные
Мы их не продаём и не используем для рекламы. Они попадают только туда, где это нужно для работы:
- Мастеру, к которому вы записались — имя, телефон и детали записи.
- Apple — вход через Apple и доставка уведомлений.
- Telegram — если вы входите или получаете уведомления там.
- Railway — наш сервер и база данных.
Удаление аккаунта
В приложении: Профиль → Удалить аккаунт. Выполняется сразу и необратимо — аккаунт, профиль, записи, отзывы, загруженные фото, токен уведомлений и бонусы удаляются полностью, вместе с записями о входе на нашей стороне.
Писать нам, ждать или спрашивать разрешения не нужно.
Неприемлемый контент
В приложении есть фото и отзывы других пользователей. О нарушении можно сообщить прямо из приложения. Жалобы рассматриваются в течение 24 часов; нарушающий контент удаляется, аккаунт блокируется. Вы также можете заблокировать пользователя сами — после этого вы не увидите его материалов.
Дети
Приложение не предназначено для детей младше 13 лет.
